Welcome to EVFLY. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or services, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by EVFLY, including but not limited to drones, accessories, maintenance packages, and digital content.

They apply to both individual consumers and professional clients, unless otherwise specified.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • EVFLY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and taxes

  • All prices are listed in EUR/USD/other currencies, excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Customs duties are included in the price. Only local VAT may apply, depending on your country of delivery.

  • We do not collect VAT: it will be payable directly to the carrier, who will contact you regarding payment once the order has been shipped.

  • If you are a business customer with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT may be excluded in accordance with the reverse charge mechanism.

 

5. Payment terms

  • Payment must be completed in full before products or services are delivered.

  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways. You will receive a secure link to complete your transaction if needed.

  • EVFLY reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

 

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • EVFLY is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

 

7. Returns and refunds

(a) Sales within the European Union (B2C – consumers)

Customers purchasing as consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83 on consumer rights.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or delivered in error.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by EVFLY.

(b) Sales within the European Union (B2B – business customers)

Returns are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrect products delivered by EVFLY.

Any return request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and confirmation of the defect or error by EVFLY.

(c) Sales outside the European Union

For all sales made outside the European Union, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.

The customer must notify EVFLY within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return.

Return shipping costs and applicable import/export charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was shipped in error.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and verified by EVFLY.

(d) General

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

8. Warranty and repairs

  • Products may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty, subject to specific terms and conditions.

  • Repairs and maintenance services may be provided by EVFLY or authorized service partners using original parts and following manufacturer guidelines.

  • If a product is still under warranty, service must comply with the warranty's terms. Contact EVFLY Support for warranty-related queries.

 

9. Intellectual property

  • All content on the EVFLY website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of EVFLY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from EVFLY.

 

10. Limitation of liability

  • EVFLY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

 

11. User obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.

  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.

 

12. Force majeure

EVFLY shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or internet outages.

 

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

(a) For sales outside the European Union: these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

(b) For sales within the European Union: these Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant Member State, in accordance with applicable European Union legislation, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that Member State.

 

14. Changes to terms

EVFLY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

EVFLY Return Policy

At EVFLY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  1. For B2C consumers or private customers within the EU As well as the following countries in accordance with the EEE Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein

Yes. In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.

Conditions :

  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 Exceptions (no return possible):

  • Customized or personalized drones,

  • Digital products that have been activated or downloaded,

  • Services that have already been fully performed.

Once the return is approved and the product received, EVFLY will proceed with a refund within 14 days (including the original delivery cost, excluding return shipping).

b)For professionals or B2B customers

 Professional buyers do not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right provided to consumers.

  • Returns are only possible if formally agreed in writing with EVFLY, or in case of non-conformity or defect covered by warranty.

  • Any return must be authorized by EVFLY before shipment.

  1. For sales outside the EU or EEE 

The European right of withdrawal does not apply to customers located outside the European Union or in countries that do not comply with European consumer rules.

Returns and refunds for customers outside the EU are subject to EVFLY's commercial policy and applicable local laws.

All requests must be submitted in writing and authorized by EVFLY before the product is returned.

Customs duties, local taxes and international shipping costs (initial and return) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, if accepted, will only cover the price of the product and will exclude shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes already incurred.

2. How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact EVFLY Support at info@evfly.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

3. Return shipping

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Condition: Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Shipping insurance is recommended; EVFLY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

 

6. Warranty & defective items

If your product is defective and still under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact EVFLY Support. Warranty claims may be handled by EVFLY or by an authorized service partner, depending on your region.
