Customers should review payload capacity, flight autonomy, range, compatibility with sensors, and available safety features. It’s also essential to ensure that the drone complies with aviation regulations and certification requirements in the operating country. Availability of spare parts and software compatibility with existing systems should also be considered.
EVFLY operates internationally, with a presence in several strategic regions, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. The company operates through direct operations, authorized partners, and local distributors depending on the region. Customers located in other regions are also encouraged to inquire, as EVFLY continues to expand its service network.
Customers can explore the available drone models on EVFLY’s website. Once a model is selected, the order can be placed directly online. For specific requests such as bulk orders or custom options, our team is available to assist. Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, a confirmation email is sent. Shipping is then arranged in accordance with applicable logistics and aviation regulations.
Yes. EVFLY includes both shipping costs and import duties in the final price shown at checkout. No additional fees are expected, except for VAT. However, if a special UAV-specific tax is introduced in the destination country, beyond existing taxes, customers will be notified, and it will remain the buyer’s responsibility. As of now, no such special tax is in effect in Europe.
If the customer refuses delivery or the package is returned due to inaccessibility, return costs as well as any customs or processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer may request changes to the delivery address, model, or quantity. For any modification or cancellation, contact EVFLY customer service as soon as possible. However, once the product is packaged or shipped, no changes are possible.
a) For individual (B2C) customers in the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein: Yes. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, private customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery, without needing to justify their decision. Conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and unmodified
It must be returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer Exceptions (non-returnable):

Services already rendered Once the return is validated and the product received, EVFLY will refund within 14 days (including initial shipping costs, excluding return shipping fees).
b) For business (B2B) customers: Professional buyers do not have a withdrawal right.
Returns are only possible with prior written agreement from EVFLY or in case of non-compliance or warranty-covered defects.
All returns must be authorized by EVFLY before shipping.
c) For customers outside the EU or EEA: The European withdrawal right does not apply. Returns are subject to EVFLY’s commercial policy and local legislation.

Customs duties, local taxes, and shipping costs (both ways) are borne by the customer
Any refund will only cover the product price, excluding shipping and any paid taxes
Currently, EVFLY does not offer drone or payload rental services.
